Account Executive

Yesware is changing the way organizations scale revenue growth. With over one million installs, our product helps customers like Groupon, Yelp, Twitter, and Box to increase sales productivity, measure successful behavior, and standardize best practices. We are looking for motivated sales professionals to join our team -- we have multiple opportunities across various business segments.  


You will be responsible for driving the sales process with prospective customers -- working closely with them to understand their business objectives and acting as their trusted advisor to get the most out of our product. You will also have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams to help contribute feedback toward our product roadmap and marketing materials, helping take our business to the next level. Responsibilities:

  • Thoughtfully educate prospective customers on the Yesware product value 
  • Effectively communicate with inbound and marketing generated leads, as well as proactively prospect for your own new accounts
  • Manage full cycle sales opportunities from initial communication to close of business, including conducting your own discovery calls, product demonstrations, pilot management, and proposal negotiation
  • Collect and escalate issues appropriately to internal departments, including billing, legal, security, and support teams
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with customer success, marketing, product, and sales operations teams to align efforts based on customer feedback
  • Achieve monthly sales goals and activity expectations 
  • Professionally represent the Yesware brand, vision, and values at all times

Requirements:

  • Proven success in a closing sales or business development role, preferably in SaaS
  • You are results-oriented and driven
  • You have clear, concise, and persuasive written and verbal communication skills
  • You are dedicated to increasing customer satisfaction and deepening customer relationships
  • You have a consistent track record of identifying customer needs and successfully implementing solutions
  • You are flexible, adaptive, and resilient
  • You have familiarity with Salesforce.com, Gmail, and Microsoft product suites
