The sales team is responsible for driving revenue by closing new business and managing upsell opportunities, while providing insight and expertise to our customers through a consultative sales approach. Selling a sales tool to sales people is both challenging and rewarding, and we’re excited to bring on new team members who want to be a part of that endeavor.
Our ESB market (Emerging Small Business) is doing so well and expanding so quickly, that we need to hire more people to keep up with the demand! ESB reps work with businesses that have up to 50 employees as part of our inside sales team. Since these companies tend to be young and growing quickly, they are hungry to work with technology vendors to increase their productivity and are enthusiastic to speak with our consultative sales team to help them evaluate their options. This is a great opportunity for someone earlier in their sales career or new to a closing role. We love to promote from within at Yesware, so career growth is on the horizon for reps starting out with us on this team, building upon and excelling at full cycle sales skills.
