Paid Acquisition Manager

Yesware is looking for a growth-oriented Paid Acquisition Manager to lead our paid marketing efforts. This mission-critical marketing team member will be responsible for managing the strategy, development, and optimization of campaigns across paid channels to drive new user growth.

We are looking for a roll-up-your-sleeves operator who takes pride in delivering measurable results and thrives in detail, organization, and analysis. You should have direct, hands-on experience developing, planning, launching, and analyzing digital paid marketing campaigns, and a strong familiarity with concepts like CPA, CAC, ROI, and LTV. What You Will Do:

  • Lead the growth of a variety of acquisition channels, including SEM, display, Facebook, Linkedin, and others.
  • Drive a rigorous testing program, aiming to continuously launch, analyze, optimize, and scale new strategies and channels.
  • Develop and scale tactics to support both Yesware’s B2C/self-service funnel and and B2B/sales-assisted funnel
  • Own forecasting, budgeting, detailed measurement, and reporting to cross-functional leadership.
  • Manage external agency partners, ensuring optimal ad messaging/creative and progress towards agreed upon milestones.
  • Optimize spend to produce the best possible ROI and hit CPA goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing colleagues to design, write, and build new campaign assets such as ad creative and landing pages.

Talents You Bring To The Team:

  • Experience in a hands-on role managing all or most of the following: AdWords, Bing, Display (GDN, Doubleclick, RTB), retargeting (Google, AdRoll, Criteo), Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Advanced analytical skills, with a solid understanding of the marketing funnel (both B2C & B2B), optimizing ad creative, and landing page testing.
  • The ability to identify high-potential segments and tailor messaging to fit them.
  • Experience developing top-of-funnel attribution models and mapping outcomes to business results.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to clearly relay objectives, recommendations and next steps to all necessary stakeholders, peers and the executive team.
  • Intellectual curiosity, desire to continually improve performance, and a get things done attitude.
